After leaving the Rhein-Main-region I went to Munich for a brief period. But ultimately my journey brouht me to north – where I started a family, in the most beautiful city in the world.”

“After my studies in Göttingen and my doctorate at the Max-Planck-Institute for Experimental Medicine there, I worked as an assistant doctor at the Center for Anaesthesiology, Rescue and Intensive Care Medicine at the Göttingen University Hospital. I then completed my specialist training in anaesthesia at the Asklepios Clinic in Hamburg-Barmbek. As a freelance and self-employed anaesthetist, I have extensive insights into anesthesia and intensive care medicine and the many areas of surgery.”

My specialist training in internal medicine initially focused on hepatology, gastroenterology, and infectious diseases at Jena University Hospital, followed by cardiology, emergency medicine, and interdisciplinary intensive care at the hospital in Hamburg-Bergedorf.“

„Most recently, I worked as a specialist in internal and general medicine in a family practice in Norderstedt focused on nutritional and preventive medicine. Ultrasound diagnostics were among my core competencies.“

„After transitioning from hospital medicine to primary care during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, I increasingly encountered patients with psychosomatic and psychological concerns. This experience encouraged me to complement my conventional medical background with supportive conversational techniques.
